About the program
The Mobile Solutions Development (Optional Co-op) course from Conestoga College will prepare students for industry positions in mobile and web development. Students may wish to apply their newly founded knowledge in partial preparation towards development certifications, such as Google Developer, Google Associate Android Developer, and others (as the industry continues to develop). You will gain valuable skills and knowledge in the various platforms (tablet, smartphone, and wearable), infrastructure services, cloud technologies, as well as software design methodologies.
Careers
As a graduate of this program, you will have the skills required to become a valued member of a software development team at a technology solutions company or choose to be entrepreneurial as a self-employed application and web developer. Alternatively, graduates may wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Technology Solutions, or other similar credentials.
